1. Agreement
By using DLL Grant Finder, you agree to these Terms of Service. DLL Grant Finder is operated by DLL Studios, a California-based agency. If you use the platform on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
2. The service
DLL Grant Finder provides grant discovery, eligibility matching, application preparation and deadline tracking. The platform prepares applications; it does not currently submit them on your behalf, and award decisions always rest with the grant provider.
3. No guarantees
Grant eligibility and awards are not guaranteed. Match scores, eligibility labels and AI-drafted content are decision-support tools, not professional advice. You are responsible for verifying every requirement and submitting accurate applications.
4. AI-generated content
AI drafts application answers from the facts in your business profile. Missing information is flagged rather than invented. You must review and approve all content before use; you are responsible for the accuracy of anything you submit.
5. Accounts and organizations
Access is organized around organizations. Business Administrators manage their organization's members, profile and data. You may not misrepresent your business or ownership status to influence eligibility matching.
6. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Billing is currently in test mode and is not live until activated. When activated, fees are charged through our payment provider and plan limits (including monthly AI generations) are enforced by the platform.
7. Acceptable use
You may not scrape or resell the catalog, attempt to access other organizations' data, upload malicious files, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
8. Intellectual property
Your business profile, documents and application content remain yours. The platform, its catalog curation and its matching methodology remain the property of DLL Studios.
9. Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DLL Studios is not liable for missed deadlines, lost awards or consequences of relying on match scores or drafted content.
10. Termination and changes
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms and will update these terms as the platform evolves; continued use after changes means acceptance.
