DLL Grant Finder is operated by DLL Studios, a California web design and digital marketing agency. This policy explains what information the platform collects and how it is used.
2. Information we collect
Account information (name, email) is handled by the platform's authentication service. Business profile details, documents you upload, grant matches and application content are stored in the app's database. Uploaded documents are kept in private storage and shared only through short-lived signed links tied to your organization.
3. How we use information
Your business profile is used solely to match you against grant opportunities and to draft application answers on your request. Optional ownership information (veteran-, woman-, minority- or disability-owned) is used only for eligibility matching and is never required. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Grant data
Grant opportunities in the catalog come from public sources and are curated by our team. Each record shows its verification status and last-verified date. We do not fabricate grant listings, deadlines or amounts.
5. AI features
AI features generate draft application answers using only the verified facts in your business profile. The AI is instructed never to invent achievements, financials or certifications, and to flag missing information instead.
6. Data sharing
Your data is visible only to your organization's members (and to platform super administrators at DLL Studios for support and operations). We share data with service providers only as needed to run the platform (hosting, authentication, storage, email).
7. Data export and deletion
You can export your organization's data as JSON at any time from Settings. Contact us to request deletion of your account and organization data.
8. Billing
Billing runs through a payment processor; we do not store card numbers. Plan changes are reflected on your Billing page.
9. No guarantee
Grant eligibility and awards are not guaranteed. Nothing in this platform constitutes legal, tax or financial advice.
10. Changes
We will update this policy as the platform evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
